Do you cover where I am?

We are happy to travel and set up for free in a 35 mile radius of NN8. For bookings further afield please contact us and we may be able to accommodate for an additional fee. 

What age do you recommend for sleepovers?

​The interest we have had to date has primarily been for 4-12 year olds. We do not recommend any of our services or products for children under 36 months.

How much space is needed?

Your spacing requirement will depend on your party size. Our air mattresses measure approximately 180cm long by 100cm wide, the A-frame tents sit snugly around the width (for individual trays please add an additional 36cm, these can be placed elsewhere if needed). Please ensure that you have double checked the space you have available for the number of tents required. Unfortunately, if our tents do not fit into the available space you have provided there isn't anything we can do and we wouldn't want any unhappy Little Glampers.

How long does a party take to set-up?

A party of 6 generally takes 2  hours  (depending on ease of access and room space). We request an area cleared (sufficient for your party size) prior to our arrival. Unfortunately we do not and cannot move your furniture. To ensure you have the absolute best experience, we recommend double checking you have adequate space for guests at your party. We politely request that all pets are kept away from the set up location as well as smoking, naked flames and sharp objects. 

How long would I have use of the hire package for?

Hire will be for approximately 24 hours, but this will vary depending on availability of delivery and collection times. We aim to collect by 12pm the following day. You can add an additional night for a reduced rate, ask for details.

Are the tents safe?

Our tents have been designed with EU safety requirements in mind. Our tents are made from premium joinery quality planed pine timber, produced from slow-grown trees (which is less likely to split or twist) and is FSC certified. The 1 inch dowel rods are manufactured from high quality light hardwood. The tent design includes a fixing at the front and rear to ensure the tent cannot collapse.

Are the lights and lanterns safe?

​All fairy lights and lanterns are battery operated and use LED lights. They are heat proof, easy for children to operate, meet EU safety standards and carry the CE mark for assurance. Our fairy lights are IP65 waterproof for all parts and can operate on a timer function. This mode will keep 6 hours on, 18 hours off once activated. We only use 'Industrial' By Duracell batteries in our battery operated  fairy lights and torches. Duracell are one of the most trusted names in batteries and these high quality batteries are manufactured to the highest of standards, with the needs of the professional customer in mind. We provide spare batteries so no party gets left in the dark and to ensure battery brands are not mixed.

Are the products used at your parties safe?

We take the safety of our Little Glampers extremely seriously. We take great time and care to ensure we source and use only the best quality products we can find. Our products come from reputable traders ensuring products bear the CE/Lion mark and are UK tested/certified (where applicable). All electrical items are PAT tested annually by qualified and experienced testers. All activities that are provided by us have been risk assessed (available upon request).

Our Ultimate Neon & LED Glow Experience 'add-on' package contains flashing products and therefore has potential to trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy. 

Are you insured?

We have a combined commercial insurance policy through Zurich; this includes £2,000,000 public liability and £2,000,000 product liability cover. Zurich is the third largest commercial insurer in the UK. Certificate available upon request.

Can you set tents up at other locations?

We are happy to execute your event at the location of your choosing. However, in the event that you are not the legal owner of your chosen location, please be advised that you are responsible for all fees associated with a different location. You are also responsible for ensuring we can have access to the location for set-up and collection. Should the location/venue deny us access, your payment will be forfeited. 

What is your booking procedure?

You can complete our online Booking Request Form. We will  contact you to confirm/discuss your party requirements and then send an electronic invoice to you. Alternatively, you can contact us via telephone.

To secure your booking we will require a £50 deposit within 4 days of receiving your invoice (party dates not confirmed within this timescale will be re-released). The final balance should be paid at least 10 days prior of the party/event.

Do I need to leave a booking deposit?

To secure your requested date and theme you will be required to leave a £50 non-refundable deposit. The final balance should be paid in full at least 10 days prior to your party/event.

How can I make payment?

We accept payments through a bank transfer. Details will be provided on your invoice. 

Do you take a damages deposit?

We currently do not take a damages deposit/bond and work on the basis that if something is damaged/broken an invoice will be sent to you requesting that you cover the cost of repairing/replacing the item. We will make you aware of any damage at the time of collection. You will not get an unexpected invoice that has not been discussed with you at the time of collection.

What happens if I need to cancel?

If you must cancel your booking for any reason, the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellation of a booking up to 14 days prior to the party will forfeit the deposit paid (£50).

  • Cancellation of a booking between and including 13 and 5 days prior to the party will be refunded 25% of the total monies paid.

  • Cancellation of a booking after the dates specified will unfortunately forfeit all monies paid.

  • Little Glampers will endeavour to re-book a cancelled party at a later date subject to availability.
